KASATI Joint Stock Company has its predecessor as Communication Equipment Repair Enterprise II established in 1976. On October 08^th, 1985, the Enterprise was renamed Science & Communication Equipment Production Enterprise II, belonging to Vietnam Post & Telecommunications Corporation, which is currently Vietnam Post & Telecommunications Group. The Company has entered its official operations as a joint-stock company since December 02^nd, 2002.

Business Registration Certificate no. 4103001330 issued by Ho Chi Minh City Planning and Investment Department on February 2^nd, 2002 and seventh further registered on April 18^th, 2012.
